Handmade Flannel Trousers with Riri Zip and Premium Internal Trims
Grey handmade flannel trousers shown inside and out, with double pleats, side adjusters, striped waistband cloth and premium specified trims.

A second CMT example with a different visual focus
This handmade trouser order uses the same premium component standard recorded for the CMT programme: Riri zip, all-cotton herringbone pocketing, high-count shirting at the waist, shell or horn buttons, plated adjusters, YKK trouser hook and Bemberg cupro lining. The stated production period for the order was 25 days.
Here the grey flannel cloth changes the emphasis. Its soft surface makes pressing, pleat definition and edge control especially visible.

The exterior combines softness with structure
Double pleats create room through the front, while the shaped waistband and side adjusters keep the upper block controlled. At the back, a single-button welt pocket provides a restrained finish. The cuffed hem adds visual weight at the bottom of the leg.
Because flannel can mark under aggressive handling, pressing and packaging should preserve the surface rather than flattening it excessively.

Internal trims are documented, not hidden
The interior images show the striped waistband cloth, zip, closures and pocketing as a connected system. This is useful for store clients who need confidence that specified components are present rather than relying only on an external beauty shot.
For future production, component brands and material descriptions should remain attached to the approved sample record. The 25-day timing should be reconfirmed for each quantity and material delivery schedule.
