A verosuits final-finishing update showing the checks applied to tailored jacket buttons, buttonholes and side balance before dispatch.
The last check is visual and functional
Final finishing is more than pressing a jacket flat. Buttonholes must open cleanly, buttons must sit in the intended position and the front edge must close without pulling or twisting.
This jacket was checked by verosuits before dispatch as part of a custom production workflow. The goal is to compare the completed garment with the approved order, not only to verify that every component is present.
Checks are clearer on patterned cloth
A check cloth makes alignment easy to see around buttonholes, pockets and front edges. It is a helpful quality-control reference because small departures from balance show quickly in the pattern.
Side views are also important: they reveal whether pressing, edge shape and the relationship of the layers read naturally away from a flat front photograph.
Dispatch follows a documented review
Before packing, verosuits reviews visible finish, garment balance and the specified details such as buttons, pockets and lining. Packaging then aims to protect the shaped jacket through normal handling.
